Just had some fresh parsley at my sister's house. That and your pieces are encouraging me to at least try some potted herbs (we live at 8600 feet in the moountain) Marijo

Wow. It must be great living where you live. I have always wanted to do that, living high up in the mountains.
 
Back to herbs. It may help you to put your plants on a sunny west or south facing windowsill, but better still in a conservatory where heat is captured for a longer time.
